Retaining Wall

The first half of the retaining wall is poured and forms removed. 

Steel

The structure steel at the corner of Jupiter and North Star is being erected. 

Update

1st floor - ceiling drywall grid is being installed. 

2nd floor rough mechanicals are finishing up. 

3rd floor insulation is wrapping up. 

4th floor drywall is being taped. 

5th floor hard floors are installed and Millwork is going in. 

Flooring

The hard surfaces are being installed.

Exterior

The siders have started on the exterior. 

5th floor

10 of the 17 units are painted out. Ready for flooring, accents and cabinets.

Lightweight concrete floor is poured.

Sound mat is being laid today in preparation of lightweight floors tomorrow. 

Drywall

5th floor drywall is starting to get hung.

We have started insulating 5th floor. 

Stairs

The 2nd set of steel stairs is being poured.

Pre-rock is complete and tubs are being set. HVAC is pushing along and the electricians are following. 

Update

The roof is about 70% complete. We are starting to load drywall for pre-rock in the dried in areas. 

Roof

The foam is going down and the roof is going on.
