The last couple foundation walls are being prepped to pour. 

The CUM is being installed on 1/3 of the first floor exterior walls. 

Lower Level Pre-Cast

The pre-cast over the lower level parking garage is set. The masons and concrete guys are getting the next layer of the foundation started.

The columns and beams are going in at the View. Today we will start setting the plank.

The lower parking garage is nearly complete. Just pouring the last of the column pads. About half of the garage walls have been painted.

We are nearing completion of the lower foundation. The last section of wall will be poured Thursday with pre-cast starting 7/9. The bearing block walls are also being installed.

Most of the foundation has been back filled. We are prepping the footings by the overhead garage door and forming more foundation walls.

About half of the footings have been poured. The elevator shaft is getting ready to be poured tomorrow. 

Rebar is going in for the foundation walls.

The footings are starting to get formed and should start pouring concrete towards the end of the week.
